When will my reading arrive?

Readings are delivered within 72 hours of your order.

How is my reading delivered?

Readings arrive as a private, password-protected page, designed for you to access and scroll via browser at your leisure. You will also receive a PDF backup. If you purchased the Sun Moon Bestowal, your reading will be sent directly to your recipient with language describing the gift and any message you would like to share.

What do I need to provide?

Every reading begins with birth details — date, time, and place. Most sun moon readings do not require the time to be accurate, but some do, so it is always best to include it. If you are purchasing a sun moon reading as a gift and do not have the recipient’s time of birth, the date and place alone will produce a reading with 95% accuracy. This is not guesswork: the sun holds its sign for a month at a time, and the moon changes signs only once every two and a half days — so on most birth dates, the sun and moon signs are the same at every hour of the day. Only when the moon happened to shift signs on the day itself does the time of birth come into play.

What is your refund policy?

Every reading is composed individually and delivered digitally. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are offered, for any reason, without exception. Please purchase with care.

What happens to my information?

Astraea is founded on the principles of sovereignty and privacy first. Your information is collected only for the purpose of composing your reading. The only information we retain is your name and your email address — everything else is deleted from our servers within 10 days of your reading’s delivery. The full policy is in privacy & terms.

How is payment handled?

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
