Refunds

Every reading is composed individually and delivered digitally. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are offered, for any reason, without exception. Please purchase with care.

What we collect

To compose your reading, we ask for your name, your email address, your birth details (date, time, and place), and — for full readings — the context and question you choose to share.

What we retain

Astraea is founded on the principles of sovereignty and privacy first. Your information is collected only for the purpose of composing your reading. The only information we retain is your name and your email address. We have zero interest in further retaining your information. All other information you provide — including but not limited to your birth details and anything you share about your life — is stored securely, is not shared anywhere externally, and is deleted from our servers within 10 days of your reading’s delivery.

Your reading

Your delivered reading remains available to you at its private, password-protected page. It is yours to keep.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Stripe’s handling of your payment information is governed by Stripe’s own privacy policy.

Your email

We use your email to deliver your reading and, occasionally, to send you letters from Astraea. You can unsubscribe at any time.

What we don’t do

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone. We do not run ads. We do not use tracking cookies.
